Reservations and On-Site Ticketing
Advanced bookings are recommended and available for purchase on this website or on the Island Queen App available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. Tickets may be purchased from our Falmouth dock ticket windows, based on availability, beginning at 8:00AM daily from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day.
ALL TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations may be moved to another sailing date at no charge, or refunded to a digital Gift Card for use on a future reservation. Passengers who need to make changes to their reservation must do so within 30-minutes prior to departure, subject to availability.

2023 Fares
- Credit Cards: Accepted at the Falmouth Dock Ticket Windows.
- Cash Only: General Parking Lots and all Onboard Purchases.
- Fares include Town Embarkation Fee of $0.50 one-way or $1.00 round trip.
* Military Fares
Available for purchase at our Falmouth Dock Ticket Windows for two passengers • Active Military members must present their Active Duty ID Card and may wear civilian clothes • Reserve Unit members must present their Reserve Member ID Card and travel in uniform.
Commuter & Parking Plans
- Commuter Passes are available for frequent travelers, which may be used for up to 2 passengers per sailing. Click HERE to purchase.
- Parking Plans offer discount parking fees and offers guaranteed access to our Parking Lots when full. Parking Plans are available for purchase at our Falmouth Dock Ticket Office and from our Falmouth Parking Lot on Falmouth Heights Road.
Group Discounts
Offered to groups of 20 or more passengers, based on availability. Reservations must be made at least five (5) days prior to departure by calling our Reservations Desk at 508-548-4800.
