Reservation Change & Weather Cancellation Policies
It’s easy to modify your reservation to a new date or sailing time, at no additional charge. Reservations may be changed until 30-minutes prior to departure, based on availability of sailings:
CHANGING RESERVATIONS ON ISLANDQUEEN.COM
- Go to MANAGE MY BOOKING and enter the booking confirmation # and the corresponding email or mobile phone number to retrieve your booking.
- Click the CHANGE button next to travel date you wish to modify
- Select the new SAILING TIME or the new DEPARTURE DATE and TIME
- To confirm changes, click CHANGE RESERVATION
CHANGING RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE ISLAND QUEEN APP
- Go to MY TICKETS and locate the booking you wish to change and click MANAGE ORDER
- Click the CHANGE button next to the travel date you wish to modify
- Select the new SAILING TIME of the new DEPARTURE DATE and TIME
- To confirm changes, click CHANGE RESERVATION

RESERVATION CHANGES AND REFUNDS
- You may transfer your reservation to a different date on our website Manage My Booking or on the Island Queen App under “My Tickets”.
- You may request a Digital Gift Card that will be emailed to you for the full value of the unused portion of your booking. This Gift Card can be applied online towards a future reservation. Please email: reservations@islandqueen.com and include your Confirmation Number and Last Name.
- You may request a refund to your credit card for the full value of the unused portion of your booking. Please email: reservations@islandqueen.com and include your Confirmation Number and Last Name. Refunds will typically appear in your online statement within 4 to 7 business days.

ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION
- There are no shuttle services to our parking lots from other ferry companies.
- If you choose to make alternate travel arrangements with other transportation services, these costs will be at your own expense.
PARKING LOTS
- On days when sailings are cancelled, our parking lots will be open for vehicle pick up between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
- Due to weather conditions, emergency let-outs (additional fee of $20 cash) outside of these hours may not be available.
- We will continue to update the Island Queen Website and Twitter with Travel Advisories, and we apologize that these weather conditions are affecting your travel plans.
