ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION

There is no shuttle service to our parking lots from other ferry companies.   If you choose to make alternate travel arrangements with other ferry companies and/or taxi services to our parking lots, these costs will be at your own expense.

PARKING LOTS

On days when sailings are cancelled, our parking lots will be open for vehicle pick up between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.  Due to weather conditions, emergency let-outs (additional fee of $20 cash) outside of these hours may not be available.

We will continue to update the Island Queen Website and Twitter with Travel Advisories, and we apologize that these weather conditions are affecting your travel plans.

Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Tisbury Mask Mandate

Effective Thursday August 19 face masks will be mandatory in all indoor public spaces and private spaces open to the public for all individuals ages 2 years and above.

Amid a sharp rise in new COVID cases and the presence of the Delta variant, The Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Tisbury boards of health unanimously approved an indoor mask mandate at a joint meeting Tuesday.

The mandate goes into effect on Thursday, August 19 at 12:01 am and requires individuals to wear a mask or face covering at all indoor settings.

Face coverings are required for all individuals aged two years and above in all indoor public spaces, or private spaces open to the public.

The mandate requires that customers at indoor food establishments may only remove their mask when seated.

Customers at an indoor performance, bar, and dance venue may only remove face coverings when eating or drinking or seated.

Lodging guests must wear face coverings when inside hallways or common areas. Houses of worship are also covered by the order.

We have temporarily suspended our Dockside Valet Parking service. General Parking (daily & overnight) is available for $20 per calendar day.

Weather Cancellations

When sailings are cancelled, you may change your reservation to the next available sailing under Manage My Booking at IslandQueen.com.  If you choose to make alternate travel arrangements with other ferry companies and/or taxi services to our parking lots, these costs will be at your own expense.

Our parking lots will be open for vehicle pick up each day from 8:00am until 1 hour after our last scheduled departure from Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. Please see our schedule for departure times.

If future travel aboard the Island Queen is not possible, we are happy to provide a refund on the unused portion of your ticket, to your original form of payment.

We will continue to update The Island Queen Website and Twitter with Travel Advisories.
