We will continue our efforts to provide the safest environment for passengers and crew.  Please note that government COVID related guidelines are changing rapidly, so our services and procedures may change before this website is updated.

RESERVATION CHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • You can transfer your reservation to a different date on our website at www.IslandQueen.com under Manage My Booking – Transfer Order or on the Island Queen App under My Tickets. If you have any difficulties, please call 508-548-4800 for assistance.
  • You can request a Digital Gift Card that will be emailed to you for the full value of your unused ticket purchase, which can be applied online towards a future reservation. Please email reservations@islandqueen.com and include your Confirmation Number and Last Name. You will receive an email with your Gift Card this week.
  • You can request a full refund on the unused portion of your booking that will go back to your credit card. Please email reservations@islandqueen.com and include your Confirmation Number and Last Name.  You will receive an email receipt for the refund transaction.  Refunds will typically appear in your online statement within 4 to 7 business days.

PARKING LOTS

Please note that there is no shuttle service to our parking lots from other ferry companies.   If you choose to make alternate travel arrangements with other ferry companies and/or taxi services to our parking lots, these costs will be at your own expense.

Our parking lots will be open for vehicle pick up each day from 8:00am until 1 hour after our last scheduled departure from Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. Please see our schedule for departure times.

We will continue to update The Island Queen Website and Twitter with Travel Advisories.

We have temporarily suspended our Dockside Valet Parking service. General Parking (daily & overnight) is available for $20 per calendar day.

Weather Cancellations

When sailings are cancelled, you may change your reservation to the next available sailing under Manage My Booking at IslandQueen.com.  If you choose to make alternate travel arrangements with other ferry companies and/or taxi services to our parking lots, these costs will be at your own expense.
